This is very true, I am slowly starting to realise this. Not gonna lie though it has been tough.
Good for you with your prepping!

I have spent my entire day off doing the rest of my lessons for this week. I finished at 7.30pm. I hope it will get easier!!!!
Still it was a no spend day.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

I had more fun as I met up with Steve, Andy and Susan and we went to Andy's mum's excellent senior birthday party. Steve was the life and soul of the party and flirted with all ladies cheering them up. :j:j:j
I spent £21 for this. Then I spent £19.00 on a pair of diamante heel boots. I will be good for rest of the week. Mum and dad are looking after me. I have to pop into work to collect some resources tomorrow otherwise I shall lesson plan and iron on my day off. :j:j:jAiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
Ok, I spent the whole day lesson planning and I have only written lessons up till Wednesday. Nooooo ironing done and the day was gorgeous. I just ran out of time.
Parents have done a sterling job looking after me. I have been pampered, been fed, had cups of tea aplenty. They have done all the gardening. I am v happy.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

Work was fine. Lots of admin to do over the next week. I spent £2.40 on a lovely meal. I am rationing myself to one a week. I did spend £1 on drinks too.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

That's a good plan.
You do need a wee treat now and then so if you can limit it while still enjoying then go for it.
I booked a wee meal for me and Mum for next week, her favourite restaurant is closing down so she really wants to go. I will break my diet for her
