OMG Skint Yet Again he has paid early. He has been really clean, polite and tidy. He is really nice. I am so pleased. I hope he stays here long term as he is great.
The financial side of things have improved massively. I feel so much more secure and utterly grateful. He drinks as much tea as me and also likes crisps. Am so pleased.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
I am so pleased for you
I've been a lodger for almost ten years and I know how difficult it is to find a good person... I have also heard many funny/horror stories from both landlords and tenants :rotfl:0 -
It's nice to know there are good lodgers out there. Everyone keeps saying it's early days, but he really is good. I am sure he will stay this nice. I do hope so. It has helped so much I have peace of mind that someone is in the house and also financially it has been a godsend.
Today I have done some washing, been to supermarket - spend was £25. I have done some work prep and some marking too. Am now taking the night off and am going to chill.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

I needed inspiration after work as too tired to cook so shared a Chinese with housemate. Cost £15. It was lovely though.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220
