Sorry to hear your tablets are making you feel so awful SW
Hopefully a change of pace when Rigsby moves in will do you some good!

I hope he does move in. He hasn't signed the agreement yet. It was all verbal. We shall see on Wednesday. I haven't had any savings yet really this month.
I did spend £20 at beaulieu on food (as it was freezing outside waiting for fireworks which were superb) and visiting the boys cost £16 by train. I've spent a lot when I shouldn't have but I wanted to treat myself for half term. Once he moves in it will be better. But I will be saving most of his money. I hope the bills don't go up by too much, the council tax is only going up by £50.
Tablets are getting better. I am not crying all the time any more just worrying. I just want everything to be ok again. I hope this is a good week. Mum and dad are here I am so glad.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

Hurrah for payday. I am waiting to see what I have left. I am not going to buy anything I don't need. I keep being tempted.
All being well Rigsby should be moving in tomorrow. I have just texted him to see what time. I do hope he replies as he has been quiet for a few days.Aiming for a minimal spend 20220 -

No sign of Rigsby. No phone call, nothing. I said no to so many people I am not impressed at all. :mad:Aiming for a minimal spend 20220

Oh no SW what a shame
I think you need to give him an ultimatum - let you know if he's still moving in by 9pm on Thursday, otherwise the room will be readvertised so you can take another lodger. That gives him two days to reply (not too short but not too long). In the meantime see if you can find the numbers/email addresses for some of the other people who contacted you. Then if you haven't had a reply on Thursday night, Friday morning can be spent contacting those people to say the room is available as the previous candidate has decided not to move. You might be able to get someone else signed up quite quickly."You won't bloom until you're planted" - Graffiti spotted in Newcastle.

In a way I'm lucky, all Ive lost is one months membership of spare rooms. Imagine if this nutter had moved in. oMG. I'm going to rejoin tomorrow or at the weekend and ask for new people to apply and will carefully vet them. I am not going to say yes to the first one and will interview a load before I decide.
I have just rejoined spare rooms and put my add on again. Let's just say I am going to turn this experience into a positive. :jAiming for a minimal spend 20220 -
