yes reduce heat to 170-180 (my oven is fan assisted (and a bit tempremental) and so I've learned to work intuitively so can't give you an exact temp, sorry)
In the link above jamie Oliver suggests 180C.HTH

OS lurker here, just wondering if you guys could help!
OH got some pork loin reduced a couple of weeks ago and it's currently residing in the freezer. Do you have a recipe for it? We genuinely don't know what to do with it! Preferably something simple, as I'm a beginner cook and might struggle with something complicated
