    This is pock.io's exact response:

However, I have now emailed Amazon 4 times, and I still have not received a reply. It's now been over 72 hours, when Amazon says they will reply within 24 hours. I'm really not sure what to do now, as it seems Amazon now has the £300.

go here https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/help/contact-us/general-questions.html?skip=true and chose chat then make sure you get the transcript emailed to you

Have you emailed them at this address as requested?

Have you used the email account that you set the Amazon account up with, as requested?

Did you email the address given to you by pock.io? If not, email them. If you used another address, you're probably not contacting the right people and although they will be able to transfer your request across it will delay matters and you'll be starting at the beginning of the process.

I've been contacting the address pock.io gave me.

I just went to go pick up what amazon delivered to the collect+ location, it seems they cancelled the iPad order, but didn't cancel the iPad case. Now I have an iPad case but no iPad. I really do not know what to do now.

Already have done, was told by them that only an "account specialist" can help me, and it seems that an "account specialist" just runs on some sort of an automated script. So now, the only person who can "help" me is someone that uses an automated script.. Brilliant.
  • I have sent another email to pock.io, as I believe the issue is still with the gift-card which they provided me.
"I believe that I am entitled a refund from you, and you are entitled a refund from amazon.co.uk for the faulty gift card. This issue is not with me, nor with my account, but with the Gift card which you provided me, therefore which you are responsible for. As I stated, it is not a coincidence that someone had this EXACT issue with an Amazon gift card purchased, on the EXACT same day as I did. Please, as a customer, I am asking you resolve this for me."

The most likely did cancel both, but some Amazon market sellers ignore cancel requests.

I ordered an item once and you have 30 minutes to cancel an order. I spotted after i ordered it was going to take 30 days to arrive ( stated on order confirmation) so cancelled within 10 minutes. the next day i got dispatch email, saying it was dispatched. Amazon was great as they refunded me as i had cancellation proof. the seller ignored me and even ignored amazon, so Amazon told me to keep the item when it arrives. it arrived after 45 days
