Not a lot to report today; my spreadsheet is looking pretty good. I'm expecting a good sum from the holiday let this month, so am hoping to do a bumper OP at the end of the month. We'll see what happens between now and then! Got a spendy w/e coming up; DH's got relatives over from the US, and I'm cooking for them on Friday night, but we're all going out for Sat lunch, and then on Sunday we're taking my grandma out for her 85th. I've got the money set aside, so shouldn't impact on things too much.
Bootcamp tonight, so I'm a bit broken. The leg stuff I can do, and I squats but I hate anything to do with arms, mine are so weak and today was all about arms.. I do wonder if they'll ever improve. Day 2 on no wheat/grains etc and feeling good though. Oh, and hayfever sucks!
xx
Have a great weekend step up! Fab news re bumper overpayment that's coming your way :j

Squuueeeeh hello!!!
I am back. I have been reading 'the primal blueprint' - a gift to read from lovely apple and it is funny you mention the paleo diet as he is rather into the similar thing
Yikes at visiting DH's relatives!! Show him the budgets
Well done for the OP and woop for big payments at the end of the month. I just got my payslip yesterday and contrary to my usual jam it in my bag then file it right away, it is by the bed and I keep looking at it :rotfl:

It is basically the diet I am following only currently I am not having more that 20gms of carbs  - but that is to get me into a stage of ketosis for 6 weeks and then I can lift it bit by bit and see what fits and if anything prompts a migraine. I am feeling excellent on it today though, and day 6 and my thighs are already noticeably slimmer and I wasn't even doing it for that!! :rotfl: xxVirtual Pot #25 £0.00/£350.00
