If this isn't sorted this week I'll be moving on to another provider

I'm currently in the process of paying my balance down and then I'll be closing down my account also.

When this issue arose earlier on in the year the customer service was great. This time? Less so. Shame as I've certainly benefited in terms of shopping vouchers.
It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.

Yes, working for me now. Have just claimed my last voucher, will now be closing this account. I'm now waiting for my new Amex card and will use Nationwide Select as back-up.
  • I'm having the same problem with the choice rewards error message. I had some problems with the club Lloyds accounts too a few months ago so decided to switch my current and savings, but wanted to keep the choice rewards c.card as its a good deal, but many phone calls and much time wasted and I still cant access this. I've decided to switch now - I think I deserve better service - also decided to take my business banking away from Lloyds too.

I think they must be having serious computer problems, I've been a Lloyds TSB customer for many years but since it became Lloyds Bank I've had one problem after another each time spending hours on the phone being passed around.
