I think it's about time Lloyds provided a secure messaging system like many other banks or email and chat facilities.

This situation with the Reward Credit card is ridiculous. If it wasn't for the 4% interest on the Club account I'd be moving on!!!

BIB: I agree with you on that one.

I'm not sure how many customers are affected with the Choice Rewards error message but a banner or on-screen message saying it's currently available wouldn't go amiss.

Well I've just logged in and successfully accessed the Choice Rewards section under Internet Banking.

Showing my recent telephone orders and the correct number of points left.

Yes, I've just managed to claim my shopping vouchers so hopefully we won't have any further problems.

Just tried it again and I'm also seeing an error message again. It's been fine the past few weeks (I managed to redeem some accrued points for shopping vouchers) so fingers crossed it'll rectify itself sooner rather than later.

this is probably one of the best credit cards out there for points, though most time overlooked which surprises me still. But the stability of their online points system has been terrible! not to mention i spent over 40 minutes on the phone with them last time this happened and was promised £20 that i never got, plus was sent a text which was meant to contain my complaint number but was blank.

The staff are very friendly but the choice rewards points staff are also extremely rude i have found in the past!

You must've been unlucky with who you dealt with. The lady I spoke to when the issue occurred last time was really helpful and apologetic.

Surprised you never received your £20. Mine appeared on my account within one working day.

This is very annoying and needs to be sorted. The rewards system needs to be integrated properly into the Lloyds system rather than working as it does now. Also as stated in an earlier thread they need to implement a secure messaging system, having to phone up is ridiculous.

Well I raised a complaint online and this time the lady I dealt with blamed it on the third party operator whom operates the scheme (Aimia, who also operate the Nectar rewards programme). Basically left it in my hands to dial the Choice Rewards number mentioned elsewhere in this thread to convert them into vouchers.

Wasn't expecting any form of compensation etc but I felt it was a case of "it's not our problem, so tough!"

Interestingly the site which should appear: https://choicerewards.lloydsbank.com works until you log in with your Internet Banking credentials. Then we're back to square one.
