Has anyone had an email back from Lloyds at all about this issue?

I sent you an acknowledgement email on 12/02/15 at 10:39am. It may have went into a spam/junk folder on your email application. Again, as above, I'm sorry that this hasn't yet been resolved.

There isn't actually any point in contacting Lloyds they just tell you they don't have a timescale for when it will be fixed0

Unfortunately I've not received your acknowledgement and I've checked my spam/junk mail folders.
I'll call the Credit Card team next week to order some vouchers on the number you've provided.

I notice Lloyds Bank are conducting servicing on Internet Banking in the early hours of Sunday morning (22.02) so I wonder if this'll cure our issues?It's not your credit score that counts, it's your credit history. Any replies are my own personal opinion and not a representation of my employer.0

Indeed they do but I'm just hoping it'll cure the error message as I'd like to redeem some of my points.

Well surprise surprise, assuming that the maintenance has been completed, the error is still occurring. What a useless organisation, if I wasn't getting the interest on the Club current account I'd be thinking of moving on. If errors like this can't be fixed what else is wrong with their systems that aren't as obvious!! And were paying £24 a year for the privilege of having this card.0

Just thought I'd share this as I thought it sums Lloyds up for me at the moment. This was the result of following a link from an online answer to a question about contact numbers for their Credit Cards.
