Lloyds Choice Rewards

I've been trying for a few days to see my reward points total. However, every time I try to access the site I get an error, code 75000, and access is denied.

Has anyone else experienced the same problem?

I've been experiencing problems too. I've used both Chrome and Safari on OS X (and cleared all browsing data etc) and it's still not cured the issue.

    Hi Organist.

Sorry to hear about this. Is the error still happening this morning? If so, can you let me know at what point it happens? Is it when you click on the Choice rewards site from your credit card account overview page?

    Thanks

Yes it's still happening today. Yes when you select the Choices tab on the credit card overview it opens a new page and then generates the error. Saying there is a technical problem please try later. This has been happening for over a week now.

    Thanks

Ok, thanks for getting back to us, Organist. I've been looking into this and, as is evident here, some customers have been experiencing this problem with Choice Rewards recently. Our team are currently looking for examples of it to help with their investigations. If convenient, could you please drop me an email with your full name & postcode? I'll then pass your details to the team. Please also include your forum username in the subject line of your email. Our email address can be found here.

Pd52 and 20aday, again, if convenient, could both of you also send me an email with your names and postcodes?

    Thanks,

    Craig

Thankfully they still show on my statement but still a bit unfair considering i wont be able to use them until this is resolved!

seems i have had a few issues now, another being my Choice rewards card wasnt/isnt linked to the Everday offers they have so i had to call up to get them to credit it manually. (which a word of warning to all... the everyday awards guys are pretty blunt and not very customer friendly (plus took 25 mins on the phone for £10)!)

I've had to contact everyday offers in the past too, I found the woman I spoke to quite snappy and unfriendly.

Funnily enough they tried to accuse me first that it was my fault and then when they found out it was their system they didn't bother to apologise.. Oh and I was owed something like £9.50 but he put it through at £10 as a gesture of good will... Great stuf... 50p...
