    seems i have had a few issues now, another being my Choice rewards card wasnt/isnt linked to the Everday offers they have so i had to call up to get them to credit it manually. (which a word of warning to all... the everyday awards guys are pretty blunt and not very customer friendly (plus took 25 mins on the phone for £10)!)

    Hopefully, this will get sorted out soon as it's rather pointless, no pun intended, having this card if you can't use the reward points. If this isn't sorted out in the next few days I'll be moving my spending to another cashback card.

    Well it's much more than I've heard from them, haha.

    My new statement *should* be able for me to view online from the 17/02; not really helpful though.

  • It's now a week since my first post about this issue and still I can't access my choice rewards. Not very impressed to say the least! Perhaps if the rewards system was integrated more effectively rather than, as it appears, being an add-on to the Lloyds system it would actually work!

    I see from another thread Halifax customers are having trouble with online statements. Is making me wonder if it's an internal IT issue within the HBOS group?

    I'm sorry that this still isn't working. Unfortunately, I don't have a timescale for it being fixed. In the meantime, if you would like to redeem points, please call us on 0845 603 7132 (lines are open Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm and Saturday: 9:00am to 2:00pm). If you'd rather not call an 0845 number, our Credit Cards team can help on 01702 278 272.

    If you (or other customers on the thread) would like to make a complaint about what's happened, then, obviously, you can do so. Info on our complaints process can be found on this page. You can submit a complaint through our website using our online form.
