DO NOT DOWNLOAD... to be continued...
EDIT: sounds like you have some malware -> gives you problems when you download ANYTHING.

You need to download the following on a DIFFERENT computer, copy to a USB stick, run on the zoostorm (unless anybody else has a better idea!?!?)
    From ANOTHER computer download this

Don't always get an error when downloading things as I managed that player one and that works. It's just there are so many options for the same thing and I never know which one to use. He d like windows media player can he have both on there?

I have to do some work... but looks to me as if there's an issue downloading and/or installing programs - may be an indication of malware. You need to get the malwarebytes program onto a usb stick.

Well thanks for all your help. I won't download anything else for now. I ll have to find out about usb sticks .msee I've never needed to use them on the PC s I've had. Ps I told him what you said about him messing me around ;)
  • I'm surprised you are having issues with AVG.

I've been using it for years, on everything from 98 to 8.1.

Never had a problem with it.

Where exactly are you downloading it from?

FYI, appears to be download/install issues; "loses desktop" after installing these. Defender is running ok. Downloading malwarebyte gives an error.
I have suggested getting malwarebytes from another source on usb...strange one.
