Morning all
Congratulations PP, JackieO and Jockettuk. I have found that the best cure for those empty nest broody feelings is an overnight visit from 2yo dgs. I don't know how all those elderly prima gravidas do it cos i'm knickered after just one night. funny though - he told me I was a "good boy Nana! clever boy" for doing a wee in the toilet :rotfl:
Home alone tonight as 10yo dd is staying at her sisters and have just realised that I haven't had any dinner. Oh well will have a big breakfast tomorrow. as she is away i will treat myself to some bacon without a lecture on what poor piggies have to go through
the camping trip is back on - have swapped some leave and we will go on sunday and come back on tuesday. DD's plan is to find out where actor John Barrowman lives and .... well stalk him it seems. I expect that when she finds out that we are really going to the dr who exhibiiton she will change her mindI am trying not to buy a tent that I saw in Lidl today - it is bigger than ours and only £24.99. I might go down on saturday as they are having some sort of non-food sale and see if it's reduced.
Well off to beddybyes for me - night night!
stefI'm going to feed our children non-organic food and with the money saved take them to the zoo - half man half biscuit 20080
