Today will be HM chunky tomato and lentil soup with ciabatta rolls. I haven't bought anything for lunch since I started this as I have been taking a pack of crisps and fruit with me for snacking as well as my main lunch. I succumbed to the chocolate cravings, but wish i hadnt! I wont lose weight or save money that way! So not going to beat myself up about it, just going to carry on being better.
Got home from work at 12.30 and had leftover gammon with pitta and mayo. Then about 6 bourbon cremes
I am going to be making some pasties this weekend, plus some sausage rolls. It's half term next week so the boys (15 and 10) will be wanting something hot and quick for lunches. I am not keen on pasties or sausage rolls, so no worries about me eating them!0 -
