Day 12/20 done
- Yesterday I had a delicious wrap with pesto, feta cheese, avocado and tomatoes.
- Today was a bit simpler with just tomato soup and some bread.
- Tomorrow will be another wrap, but with hummus, grated carrot & lettuce.
Well done everyone, keep going :T0 -

Just had lunch 13/18.
Not quite sure what came over me last night. At about 8pm I decided to make vegetable soup using up some frozen veg. I've had it for lunch today with the heels of a loaf that would otherwise have been thrown away.
Feeling full and a little big pleased with myself.
Is it ok to freeze some of the soup if it's been made from frozen veg? I know with meat you're not supposed to.0 -
Lilahloo, thats proper MSE, well done you
yes, you can freeze it. Also, you CAN freeze meals that have used previously frozen meat because it has been cooked in between freezes.
Everyones lunches sound so yummy! Mine seem boring in comparison. Maybe i should try something new and be more adventurous.
Today i am having (currently eating) bread with hummous and mashed avocado on top. Tastes lovely and took less than a minute to make. I like quick and easy things.0 -
