    Tonight I've got chicken and pea risotto for dinner and there's enough to take for lunch tomorrow so that will be 10 days for me.

    I think you asked earlier in the thread what we're doing with the money, if anything. I've been putting £2 in to savings for each lunch I take in.

    Today was baked potato with beans and cheese not sure about tomorrow will have to raid the freezer #13 for me :):)

  • Yesterday was more veggie stew,with a teaspoon of pesto added and some fruit,so that's #13.
  • 7/12 for me....have bought a bowl of vegetable rice with me. Just needs a quick warm up in the microwave.

    im going to have read back and get some inspiration for lunches from you all - my D1 is complaining the ones i make are "rubbish" and i tend to agree :rotfl:

    I'm not working today but my son and I could've had lunch out today but instead we are having a picnic lunch at home- mixture of Sandwiches and fruit on plates so we can help ourselves. Nothing ground breakingly inspirational, but we like it :)
