Yay it the weekend again :j :j :j

Today I spent £8.00 paying for the gym induction I had last week and £2.80 on lunch

I don't have anything planned at all for this weekend :D:D so am gonna have a think tonight about what we can do ... may have a go at making a few xmassy bits with ds ;)

House is tidy (but needs cleaning) and ironing is still up-to-date :D so not much to do around the flat ;) but I MUST sort out the coffee table, at least I think there's a coffee table somewhere under the pile of stuff on it  :rotfl:

I have been thinking some more about the money from my parents, and at the moment my thinking is this:
Things I'm seriously considering spending the money on:
    • getting wireless connection for laptop so I don't have to have all the wires everywhere and can use the laptop in bed :D
    • some drawers for ds bedroom
    • bedside tables for my room
    • new pair of jeans for me :o
    • possibly a mirror for my room
    • put £500 into mortgage fund
    • put £50 / £100 ish into ds account
Still trying to decide for sure, but so far these ideas are winning ;):D
    Mortgage Total: £51,549 / £75,000
    Mortgage Overpayments Pot £1079
  • Sounds like you've covered a lot of options and the money is going to good use doing that!

Sounds good to me - blowing £1k is unthinkable, but buying stuff you need and making a mortgage overpayment is not. Those are practical things that can also be really nice - sounds good.
