    Thanks everyone.

DH has gone out and didn't bother to say goodbye or spend any time with me before he went. The dog is watching the door waiting for him to come back or ignoring me. My siblings and family don't bother with me unless they want something. I don't have any real friends anymore. I'm struggling with a massive feeling of loss because of the infertility and body image issues. I just feel very alone.

In the grand scheme of things, not real problems. I'm truly pathetic.

Thanks Pyxis. That means a lot.

In happier news, I haven't bitten my nails since Christmas Day and so I treated myself to some new nail polishes and some decals. May have gone slightly overboard as now I have 36 new bottles to add to my collection.

Big hugs and warm handshakes to everyone that needs them, it sounds like a rocky day for a lot of people.

Welcome back haybel, I missed you!

I will now admit I felt a little anger towards my teacher friend. Funnily enough, now I have stopped feeling angry I can admit that it was there. It wasn't so much what he wrote but that he did it without asking and I would never have known it was there if I hadn't come across it. I am fine with being brutally honest about myself but others doing so in public without my permission causes me a lot of paranoia.

He is forgiven after that dedication, it means so much. I have tried to be there for him over the past 30 years just as he was there for me as a child and it so sweet that he appreciates my efforts. He is such a lovely man, he became the healthy family I had never had. He really wants us to stay with him for a night in the summer, he said I can watch his show from backstage where blankets are allowed and the rest of the time I can stay in bed if I want! He just wants to see me. I am going to try my hardest to go.

I am hoping I start to feel a little better now. I didn't have any nasty dreams last night so that is an improvement.

  • Yes! It is almost time to feed a penguin or 12! I am looking forward to it and I'll be sure to take lots of photo's. I splashed out and bought myself black wellies with pink spots for the farm, too! I can now visit there any Friday that I wish, I just need WaSp to be well enough to drive and stand in a field for long periods. All in all I feel quite optimistic about life today which is a turn around from the last week.
