I really wanted a pet hedgehog, but I currently have 2 cats instead. I'm not convinced they could co-exist!

Sorry to hear that people have not had a good nights sleep or a good day.

I went off a day out with husband. Which was ok until we had finished eating lunch. reduced to clear sandwiches at 34p a packet and some freebie smoothies being handed out. 3 little cartons in a pack. I got one pack and husband another and then as walked down the other side of the little stand got offered another one but said no thanks.

Anyway I got up and put the rubbish in the bin. An enclosed one. sat down and could not find my purse. went through my pockets and the back pack we had. I had it my hand only 5 mins ago. yes you guessed it I put in the bag that I put in the rubbish bin

Anyway was ok in the end got hold of a council who have cleansing workers all around the city during the day. One came and opened the bin up and I got my purse back. The person at the council said you are not the first to do it :rotfl: bet I wont be the last either.

Oh well that was excitement for the day

    Yours

    Calley

My worst money mental blip was posting about £800 in a bank envelope with no identifying details at the post office instead of the bank paying in machine as planned.
I had to park myself by the post box for several hours then persuade the postman to find and give me the envelope back, as it was the takings for my mums business.

elsien and Calley eek! Things like that are something I dread! I'm glad it turned out ok.

I've had an entirely sleepless night and am not at all tired or sleepy atm. I had to resist getting up at 4am to start reorganising my bedroom! There are reasons this time - I went for a bath last night after the day of tears, stood up to grab a towel and slipped on the kale that was in the bath bomb and toppled out of the bath! I haven't checked for discoloration, but my left hip and right ankle seem to be very tender. I'm just glad I don't have a lump on my head after hitting it against the tiled wall. Was such a silly thing to do, but I seem to be OK :)

I refreshed my memory of the Carboniferous era overnight - I've forgotten so many things from uni. It was good to revisit past knowledge, and to turn the preventative care of a potential concussion into learning

Hope others are being less daft than me!

I saw the funny side of it.

Unsettled this morning. Woke up on the sofa at 5am  then went to bed. And got up about half an hour ago.

can't get hold of my husband so not sure what is going on there. Will not try and fly in to a panic.

And just unsettled about something that is suppose to happen in september. I just have a feeling that it will not go the way I want, if it happens at all. Want to talk to the person concerned but not sure its a good idea.

need to do stuff to distract and forget. My biggest problem is often when I am alone last thing at night or first thing in the morning. of when I am not doing anything and letting my mind wander.

Sunny here and should go and get dressed :rotfl:

No idea what I am going to do to do. Husband is suppose to be coming round but no idea what time today.

    Yours

    Calley
