I go to bed. I feel safe in bed, as if I'm let off from having to be doing things or thinking things. I've spent a lot of time in bed recently.
Plus doing crosswords helps. Stops me thinking too much.

Plus a big thing that helps is M.S.E.! Especially this thread, where I feel safe enough to tell you how I'm feeling. Also a couple of other threads, where I can pretend I'm not feeling like total sh* te! and laugh and joke as if I really were feeling like that! It's the virtual equivalent of smiling when you don't feel like it!

Maybe snuggle up in bed with a crossword and a cuppa I bought a colouring book recently and i've found thats a good way to take my mind off things i'm worrying about.

That is so cute. My father was a pig and beef farmer so got to see the babies they are so cute.

And people would say how can you send them to market. You have to if you want to pay the bills LOL!!!

I don;t really eat a lot of pork, i'm not even that keen on bacon :eek:

But i understand farming is a living and you can;t get all attached and sentimental when it could be the difference between keeping a roof over your head or food on the table.
