Not yet. I think I'll try that before bed rather than vape it in the presence of DH.

I wonder if you can get it from Health Shops.

I got the oil from Holland and Barrett's. Not sure about stuff you inhale though?

Oh thanks! I'll try them! I'd prefer to ingest than to inhale, I think!

Edit... What's it marketed as? It's not showing up as CBD or cannibidiol!

Ugh you're right Georgie. The oil is disgusting! Gave me the boak.

Ok, so obviously tried the oil. Much calmer now.

Pyxis, I know you don't want to buy over the internet but this is the one I bought:

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cibdex-CBD-Cannabidiol-Vanilla-Supplement/dp/B00J44S6P4/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1430847835&sr=8-1&keywords=cibdex+cbd+oil

Ring has been removed from bottle, so I can actually open my medication now.

I think my medication is why I want to nap in the afternoon.

Ah, childproof bottles....reminds me of when I went to uni. My mum has a lot of problems with her hands and we had loads of gadget things at home. It never occurred to me that not everywhere uses these. When I first left home I remember really struggling with a potato peeler as it didn't have a massive soft grip handle...could not work it out at all!
