Apparently blokes are very good at faking it. Allegedly. That's why there's an enormous pay gap overall between males and females.
Also........if you think you can't do a job, you're not questioning your own ability you're questioning the ability of whoever appointed you. Not a good mindset.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
  • That's a very good of looking at it, Errata. The way I calmed myself was to think that these people believed that I could do the job, they were my managers and I had to trust that they knew what was best for the company and that they would have chosen me because they believed that I would enhance that. More than trust in myself, it was realising that they wouldn't have hired someone who they thought would damage their investment and if I was going to start working for them I had better start having faith in them!

I did the Myers Briggs test last year and came out as ISTJ. I was quite flattered by bits of the description.

quiet and reserved individual interested in security and peaceful living.
    strongly-felt internal sense of duty
methodical in approach, can generally succeed at any task
    very loyal, faithful, and dependable.
great importance on honesty and integrity.
also usually have an offbeat sense of humor and can be a lot of fun

    I just did one on-line

    I am

    ISFP
    Introvert(78%) Sensing(50%) Feeling(25%) Perceiving(33%)
    • You have strong preference of Introversion over Extraversion (78%)
    • You have moderate preference of Sensing over Intuition (50%)
    • You have moderate preference of Feeling over Thinking (25%)
    • You have moderate preference of Perceiving over Judging (33%)
No idea what that means for me LOL!!!!

I just know that I am shy and tend to keep myself to myself. And in the last few years act on impulse something I don't normally do.

Yesterday when I went to the shop to get some lunch and sweeties. I asked the lady at the till next to me in the local tesco express if she had a club card and swiped it for her. Only 4 points. Not something I would normally do!!!

    Yours

You were all right. We did go swimming and had the most briliant time. I am proud of us.
