Ok but make sure you all leave enough for my lunch tomorrow.

Shouldn't be a problem. I appear to have made enough rice to feed everyone, including pets and still have enough for all our lunches tomorrow.

3000 calories to replace the blood??? That's amazing! Tonight was my 34th donation, really want to get to 50 but it's slow going.

I cheated a bit tonight and used a paste from the Asian supermarket, mixed with coconut milk. To make a proper rendang you need to toast the coconut and everything and I didn't get home til almost 8.
