Got to be the Jaffa cakes for me but.....my son's girlfriend baked my husband some chocolate brownie for his birthday.....I'll bring that and a tub of vanilla icecream to go with it.

I think we can forgive you tea, since you just saved 3 lives.

Also, the first time I donated the guy said it'd take an extra 3000 calories to replace the ones your body will use to make new blood.

I keep asking and asking to donate blood but they just won't take mine. :mad::mad::mad:


Seems to me that those of us who don't work through ill health and carry extra pounds are the ideal source of blood .....if it makes us a bit woozy and we're prepared to accept that and have transport.....so be it.
