Morning WaS (and everyone else of course!) I hate insomnia, I get really cross with myself which obviously doesn't help me then relax and go to sleep lol. Hope you manage to get some rest during the day x.

Morning tea! It is freezing here, too! I get annoyed with myself when I can't sleep as well and generally wreck the bed tossing and turning making it even more impossible to sleep. Hence why I got up. I have an idea why it's happening, I have been trying to reduce my caffeine intake to see if it lessens my headaches. Weirdly I am so use to an awful lot of caffeine daily that if I don't have it, it makes me very restless and keeps me awake!

Morning Team WaS. I am so sick today. I am coughing so hard I'm throwing up. Which is lovely when I'm out of pills for my other health problem so have to drag myself to the doctors. So going to cough all over a packed waiting room then wait for hours for the local pharmacy to tell me that they dont have enough of my drugs.
TMI alert:
Worst part is, what with all the coughing, its putting a lot of pressure on my pelvic floor and I have to keep going to the loo just in case.

Littlewing has had more blood tests this morning and she cried. She has gone back to school and I am at work.

DH did a huge sort out of her bedroom yesterday so it is lovely and tidy. I don't think he threw too much out, except packaging and so on.

He was tired and grumpy afterwards though.

I got a lot better since I've had the internet too, WaS. It helps my understanding. It also means I can ask questions too.

I must get on with something that I need to email out today, that has been draining me for weeks. Please someone, check tomorrow that I have done it. It makes me feel too vulnerable.

I know this is silly, but am freaking out. I've just had an email from the vicar of the church I attend asking if I'm in this evening and if so, can she pop round for half an hour. I've known her for a few years, she's called round before when we were setting up the website, always got on fine with her.
But for some reason am bricking it and now think I'm in trouble.
I can only think it's to do with the H&S stuff (I posted about it a few weeks ago). I've been helping with the paperwork for a year or so and have been offered the H&S officer role a few times but have turned it down. Last time I declined (last week) I said something along the lines of I wasn't convinced that the PCC (leadership) would commit to what needed to be done. Or something like that - it was worded in a friendly manner, honest!
I feel like I'm in trouble and I'm going to be told off.
Also have no idea what FOH is doing this evening and could do without him being around and messing the place up if I've got to have visitors.
I need to get a grip.
