I'm with you on that one - the whole upstairs of the house is a Gitdog free zone. All that farting, snoring and duvet hogging, dog hair and fleas? My sleep's disturbed enough as it is.
Actually, thinking about it logically, in a virtual duvet fort, the dogz are always fragrant, they never have any fleas, loose hairs, drool or pongy breath from either end, and they never hog the duvet! I can't speak for the humans though! :rotfl:

Dumbass dog gets to come up for cuddles in the morning but he almost never gets to sleep up here. I get little enough of the bed as it is.

Speaking of dumbass dog, I don't think he's feeling too well today. He just rejected toast crusts!

  • Awww bedtime wouldn't be the same without fighting my Mia-dog for the duvet :)

    Morning all
PIP assessment in 1 hour 40 minutes  not in the best shape. Have had next to no sleep for three nights, still have cough and sore throat (although better than it was) in agony with my back and legs, and my anxiety is going haywire. Am definitely going to let Finny Bear do the talking. He's way more articulate than me today :rotfl:

  • Good luck Mrs_Ryan :) Remember to tell them (or let Finny Bear - is that a pet or DH?) tell them about your WORST DAYS.

Imagine someone holding forth on biology whose only knowledge of the subject is the Book of British Birds, and you have a rough idea of what it feels like to read Richard Dawkins on theology: Terry Eagleton
  • Good luck with your pip assessment Mrs_Ryan - hope it goes well & doesn't cause too much extra stress :).
What came first, the music or the misery?
Did I listen to pop music because I was miserable? Or was I miserable because I listened to pop music?
