The main one in my local shopping centre is on that list which surprises me as it always looks very busy. I don't shop there though, to expensive!:heart2: Newborn Thread Member :heart2:

As they have 2 large stores (one 24 hour) within probably a mile of the homestore I am not that surprised.
Same applies to where I live.
I will miss Homeplus though. I've bought quite a bit from there, the last time only last week when I bought a new mobile phone. Also use it for click and collect.
Also, I always park there when I go to town, it's only a five minute walk from there.
I think we live in the same town.0 -
Not in my opinion. They were so greedy opening everywhere.
So are Aldi & Lidl also greedy for opening more shops?
I dont get why people are so happy that a British retailer like Tesco is doing badly while foreign retailers are coming in and taking market share.Faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.0 -
its funny when they get cocky and wont put the prices down..then the next thing people stop going....
dur
its the same with aa insurance.. I got a renewal for building and contents ,quoted at 181 pounds...went on go compare and getting quote for 110 pounds. I asked aa to reduce..they said they only can knock 40 off so i said bye... Its strange ?“Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself.”

Houghton Regis is my local little Tesco, there's a huge Morrisons over the road from it so I don't see that many people being bothered tbh.0

They have, they were well known for ruining the high streets and little shops. Where have you been?
its my opinion its karma for them, you dont have to agree.
You have an interesting definition of "everywhere"
I don't agree with any religious belief system, just in case you think I was having a go at yours specifically.0 -
We've got three here, and a fourth under construction, serving a town of 43,000. I'm amazed that none of them are closing.0
