They said that the calls would not need to be recorded from September, so maybe they removed the PDF prematurely.
I sent them an email yesterday, but they haven't answered yet, because of the bank holiday probably.
Do you still have the instructions by any chance?
Otherwise I think I would complete the visit without recording it, because the fee is quite good and it is their fault that the instructions are not there anymore.
If you pm an email address,I will send you the PDF as I can onlyput up a link (which I don't think will work)0 -

You are beating yourself up over nothing. To stop the calls (to be honest, I enjoy them as it means premiums) either remove your phone number or on the last line of your address add
*** EMAIL ONLY - DO NOT PHONE***
If you are a Truecall user, there is an alternative phone number that plays an audio message saying the same thing.
As to the calls, they have always originated from the Far East, they remain in Sydney,Australia (in Pulpit Rock) but their VOIP server breaks out from a variety of locations. Previously they hid the calling number but they either cannot do this, or - in my case - welcome knowing who is calling.
As for the sandbags, just like the decorating tables previously - I took an alternative item that was more easily manageable.0 -

I didn't realise you could do this. Thank you.
I've picked up some hefty premiums on these DIY tasks, just from online selection.
Most of the pestering has been with the burger tasks. I only ever did one, my first for the company, as I don't like the food. A year of pestering later, they sent me an email saying that, after a review, they'd decided my work for that client wasn't up to standard and they were taking me off those tasks. It was 15 minutes after they had unsuccessfully tried to contact me about doing one!
I'm now accredited to just do the two DIY clients and the petrol one. I actually thought I had to be available for the burger tasks, in order to do the others. If I had known earlier, I would have told them I didn't want to do burger tasks. To steve1912

I took an alternative item too when the decorating tables were on the shopping list, but only because the pile they had were labelled "Paste Tables" with a different barcode. I maybe should have done what you suggested with the sand bags. It would have had to be two alternative products though, as I seem to remember there was a heavy sack of something else as well. I thought they would have objected to me not buying an in-stock item. Before cancelling, I raised an enquiry, giving them the chance to suggest this though. I waited 36 hours, but there was no reply, so I thought I'd better cancel. Within a few hours they closed the ticket, still without replying. Awful communication.0 -
Very suprised by edi, usually their cheques are on time, but I hadn't received mine, they said sorry for the delay you will get it this week, even though it's marked as sent on 20th. Hope this is not a sign.Lose 28lb 3/28lb

From their sassie website: Due to an unforeseen IT technical issue, the August pay will be delayed. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.0 -

ESA doing their trick of not approving a survey done halfway through the month until just after the month end. Must help their cashflow.
Maybe I'm getting unlucky, but there have been a few odd things going on at a few MSCs lately - for me anyway. Maybe they're trying to get rid of me!0 -

Agree - I held off doing the expensive train tickets as could be waiting six weeks to be paid. A couple of years ago they used to pay the tickets fairly quickly. Now I note they include them in the normal pay run. You seem to need a big float for the reimbursements and slow payment of fees. GfK seem to be having their problems with delayed payments which is unusual for them.0 -
Is it just me or....
Is all the merchandising work that's about currently with companies who couldn't run a bath let alone a project?
Case in point is one company who's work is getting more and more urgent, but they don't actually seem to be reading emails or allocating the work.Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
