The battle of the supermarkets isn't being done on service, it's prices and while the Euro Cheapies wipe the floor with the big four then no one gives a stuff about service.0

On this basis, they're 'wasting' their money totally, at the min. I agree about blocking the aisles. I don't think I've been into one of these stores without at least one aisle being blocked by cages, etc., I think you also risk life and limb with colleagues pushing/pulling laden trolleys - they either don't see you, or don't give a phut.
I used to add in things I'd seen, but stopped doing it when I realised I never got any feedback - Oh, and how low the fee is.0 -
Would love your thoughts.
Did a recent visit for React. Minimum spend on items to be bought was £x+4 - but I didn't know this until I conducted the visit. Max reimbursement for visit £x.
I like working for React and don't want to get a bad name in the office for the sake of £4, but I'm not sure they're aware that their reimbursement doesn't meet the requirements of the job as they normally cover everything for these sorts of visits.
I'd have done the visit anyway, plus I picked up a couple of extra jobs whilst on the job, so I'm not out of pocket, but React have paid in full for these type of shops in the past, so wondering what has changed.
Worth contacting them or just leave it in your opinion?Who made hogs and dogs and frogs?

I'd call them for sure. They are a very reasonably company and I don't think it would give you a bad name in the office.0

Hi just a quick techie question, I recently used mobiaudit for a company and then also logged in with another MSC, but then couldn't log in with some either because I'm getting the URL wrong or.... my query if anyone knows please, is it not available for all companies and if not does it just use one particular system for example prophet, or is it only available if the MSC contracts to it? Hope that makes sense. TIA.0

A certain MSC is doing my head in with their constant phone calls. I groan every time I see 'Malaysia' on the screen of my phone. I've started to ignore them now, as they are often over-persistent and won't take 'no' for an answer. When I'm available to do a shop, I prefer to look online and apply. If there's a job in my area that I haven't applied for, it means that I don't want to do it for whatever reason. They're pestering me at the moment to do a job that I've already had to cancel and explained to them why. It's the DIY one, which I've done for them a lot, but the shopping list was going to be too heavy for me this time i.e. 3 large bags of sand. I know it's the same assignment as the missed calls are followed up by texts and emails. At one stage, they were offering top dollar bonuses for this client when they were getting desperate. Now it's half as much and bizarrely going up and down like a yo-yo each time they contact. Very strange.0

I just wanted to say thanks to whoever it was recommended this facebook group when I asked about it. I joined and it's been very useful and they seem like a good bunch of people up for a moan and a laugh about mystery shopping. I've not joined in with the chat yet but just reading all their comments. I'd recommend it to everyone. https://www.facebook.com/groups/489715297793564/0
