Floorshows are even better when you don't work for Gyp but do the script anyway just for the entertainment.
Especially when you're in an area you know you're not going back to, and you get a full floorshow, and as you're leaving you go "Thanks, that was great, if I worked for Gyp, I'd be giving you top marks... shame I don't though"Yes it's overwhelming, but what else can we do?
Get jobs in offices and wake up for the morning commute?0 -

Reading the brief - it is the same as GFK one, with the exception that they have added the nightmare question 'describe everything that happened from the start of the visit to the end of the visit'
Not worth it for the suggested fee IMHO - but no doubt someone will do them.
GFK used to offer alot more for some of these stands, so the MF fee is really around 2/3 of the GFK fees.0 -

Now I see some of the main visits, agree with everything you say.
I hate that damn question.0 -
I'm not sure the full fee was really worth it for those jobs. But then, I'm not into tele. Jobs are always so much easier when it is something you know a bit about/are at least vaguely interested in.
Felt that today when I was doing a range of shops.0 -

The trick with those ones, was to wait for GFK to increase the fee, which they often did. Also GFK allowed you to do two stands in the same centre on the same day - no doubt MF will restrict you to one.
Do agree, that if you have an interest in a subject, it helps. That why I never do cars as really not interested in them.0 -

I wonder if GFK are glad to be shut of these? I only did them when they paid a premium which they regularly had to. Be interesting to see how well - or not - they shift for MF, given they've lowered the fee and increased the questions. For sure, I definitely won't be doing them.0 -

I haven't done any for GFK for some months, but MF could struggle to find subscribers I would have thought. I see a lot of MF's demographic as young people / students, though I could be off track with that.0 -
