RACHELLEBLONDEl Welcome
Looks like you've done loads already today. I'm supposed to be working but thought I'd stop for a quick cuppa and a fairy cake. As for my jobs today, I've done my pigsback clicks and sorted out travel insurance for hols in Sept - was cheaper to take an annual policy instead of a single trip. Where's the logic in that
Tru - Looks like you've volunteered to do everyone's washing today? I'll pop it in the post
Hope you're all having a good day.Love MSE, Las Vegas and chocolate!0 -
Afternoon:D lovely sunny day here

Going to have a look through all my craft mags to see if i can get inspiration from them:rolleyes:

Hello folks ,just dropped in to see whats afoot .I had a lovely afternoon at craft class and made a nice card for eldest Dd anniversary with a pergamano decoration. Just off to youngest DDs for dinner, then I am taking her eldest 4 children to see The Simpsons at the movies tonight ,well worth it as my DD is a fantastic cook.

Hello everyone
I've spent my first day of unemployment getting sorted out - DSS, GPs for sick note, dentist, washing and ironing... If only I hadn't eaten loads of chocolate I would be big headed with pride!
Tomorrow is another day and a new month, and I have exactly two months till uni, so I am going to be brave and say out loud NO MORE SUGAR FOR TWO MONTHS! I am a complete sugar addict (I know quite a few people with anxiety/depression who are) and I know it does me absolutely no favours at all.
I will be a very grumpy Julia and Mr Penguin and the StepPenguins had better run and hide before I bite their heads off. (I've been here before....gave up sugar for months and felt brilliant after the initial shock but gave in in a moment of weakness and am bad as ever).
Have a good evening - just off to pick up the StepPenguins.

Hi all
Had a great day here, went to the local Garden centre & got some plants for my hanging baskets, as they didn't survive the terrible weather, they are all planted up now & look a lot better. I bought some more bark to go round my Lavender bushes as the local cats have scratched it up into heaps as they use it as a toilet I've added heaps of catpepper to it this time in an attempt to keep them off.
My DD & DGS came for a visit, had lunch & we sat in the garden for a few hours. Once they'd gone I stripped the beds & filled the WM & set it going, the DW is on too. The stuffed chicken breasts are cooking gently & the new pots, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots & spring greens are all prepared & ready to go. Hubby is having his hair cut when he gets home, hopefully in the garden if it's still warm enough as it saves on the vacuuming.
I'll try to list some more Ebay stuff tonight as I still have a lot of decluttering to do.
Hope everyone has a good evening
Hugs to all especially PP & JackieO
