I'd prefer one device each to save arguing and so they have their own.
I know people say films use up a lot of space, but if I only have one or two on there that I can swap and change, then that should be okay, shouldn't it?
Like I say, they mainly use my phone for games (most of them are the free downloads) and to watch stuff on You Tube.
You need to be careful with youtube. DD has sometimes been watching something on my laptop and then something else autostarts and the ads can be quite unsuitable (never mind the access to all sorts of videos).
I get the "one each" thing but what happens when one gets broken? Isn't there a better lesson to learn in having 1 to share?
A standard definition disney film takes about 1GB. You don't get 16GB of available space as the operating system sits in there too.
 As i say, I really wouldn't do this.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0

Exposure to sound like this while their ears are still developing is such a bad idea.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0

Nothing like a bit of scaremongering.
Keep the volume low and there is little risk involved.0

 What?
First paragraph of the link you posted
"Earbuds are useful little devices as long as they're used at low volumes"
So earbuds are not necessarily a problem.0

Are you an audiologist? (Perhaps you should be - there's a shortage now we'll be needing plenty more when everyone has earbuds inserted from early childhood.)
It's not just the levels, it's the length of listening, and they're simply not designed for young children's ears which are still developing. Hearing is precious.Trying to be a man is a waste of a woman0
