    I found 2p yesterday *kerching*

I shall be buying the reflective newspaper tomorrow for the @!d! voucher so will forget about food shopping today. Might pop to the bank in the next town this afternoon to pay in some cheques.

I need to sort the freezers...

(((Hugs))), spoons, sticks and snowballs as appropriate x

Is it definitely tomorrow? I missed last months because we were away and I normally buy three copies and do 3 x £40 spend!

I have been back from work, caught up on the thread and had a cuppa and some lunch. I now have an hour to see how much I can achieve from Monday's list!

    Unload and reload dw
    Clear airer
    Refill airer
    Make some bread
    Ds1 reading and spelling
    Ds1 swimming

Mushy Monday ~ Living room and other reception rooms!
    Declutter and vacuum floors
Dust all electrical appliances and polish screens
Sort through a bookshelf.. a different one to the last time you did it!
Make any important phonecalls you have been putting off
    Extras
Check smoke alarms and if needed change batteries to new ones
Clear mantle of junk, wipe/polish and return all pretty things..
Empty and wash out any bins

    That should be doable!

Speaking of litter - yesterday's 'litter' was a shopping trolley left in the corner supermarket car park which other people were walking past so I retrieved it and claimed the quid. *kerching*

My Roadkill tin currently has the princely sum of £6 in it. My last find was 5p, seen languishing on the Redway when Ronnie stopped for a pee.:D

What browser have you installed? :o

I'm shutting the computer down now, as I have a Frog that needs my undivided attention.;)

See you tomorrow, folks. Or possibly Friday, depending how I get on with the Consultant.:o

But then I'd have to make an effort ....

Top layer Sydoned, washing up cleared, yoghurt dealt with, bins dealt with, supper planned, shopping list creative writingly written. Final washing shuffle shuffled. Now it can all stay out there until I ask OH to bring it in and shuffle it around in the kitchen. I have to be honest he does more than most, but has a tendency to be selectively myopic and will slough off jobs when he thinks he can get away with it. He used to deal with the rubbish, now when the bins are full they magically appear by the front door for me to deal with outside when I walk the dog.

We usually have words. I say 'We' ....
    Better is good enough.

Had a busy hour although m and d popped around towards the end. My lovely mum has now taken ds1 for his swimming lesson!

    The living room looks lovely.
All unhomed presents have now been put in kiddies bedrooms. Finally! We did gave ds2's birthday to deal with as well. Have also sorted through the toys and books in the living room (not loads) but taken out all the ones that don't get played with!

    List now looks like this...

    Clear airer
    Refill airer
    Make some bread
    Ds1 reading and spelling

Mushy Monday ~ Living room and other reception rooms!
Make any important phonecalls you have been putting off
    Extras
Check smoke alarms and if needed change batteries to new ones
Empty and wash out any bins

Kerching! Off to clear an airer and sort out all the washing!

  • Cheers all for thoughts re: housemate and mess. I will see what the situation is when I get home from work and broach it with him if necessary.

Also can I just say I love all the terms on here for various different companies/brands - 'the reflective newspaper' is my new favourite!
