It is odd....I think the builders/designer wanted to make the estate look nicer with chimney's but no breast.

The lack of window in the bathroom never really bothered us, more privacy but I can see this will have a negative effect on some people.

wrong time of year and it is small for a 4 bed.

Unfortunately I can't change the time of year or the size of the house. For us the house was perfect, the two smaller rooms we're perfect for our 12 month old twins. Alas family circumstances change and we need to upscale.
  • I'd speaking to the EA about the report only they can view from Rightmove on the number of 'clicks' their properties are getting to gauge market activity since 1st Jan and if people are looking at yours then not looking at the full set of pics for some reason. 'Abandons' usually mean the pics are not interesting peeps.

Also once a property has been 'on' for a few weeks without any offers, you need to decide whether to rest it for a few weeks or make a material drop in price. After 4 weeks anyone who is remotely interested will have seen it hanging about like a bad smell.
  • It's is early in the year to decide if viewing rates are indicative of the property popularity.

My neighbour had an open house this weekend and the agent ( very indiscreetly ) told us it was too early to consider such a thing as numbers aren't worth it in January.

    Wow a 4 bed house for 180k

I'm trying to find 2 bed flats in south west London for that price. Sometimes it really hurts to be down here.

Good luck with the house sale

Echo the wow for the price. Amazing.

My son and his wife are looking for a 2 bed flat in London, nothing swish, and they expect to have to pay £650,000...

It can take 2 weeks for the EA to get the listings sorted! I was really surprised at how long it can get some agents to get ready.... You have a lovely home.

Makes me wish I could find a job in Lincoln.

Although I suppose if we all got jobs in Lincoln, the price would shoot up!

That is kind of my point most people wanting a 4 bed have kids older than 12 months
