Streetview shows the estate as unfinished, is it now all completely built or are further phases still ongoing?0

Well, for the time of year the back garden looks great. Do consider getting some flowers in pots if you don't sell soon. Will be seasonal plants for sale at the garden centre. Living room is tidy and neutral, well presented. Kitchen is very smart. Could lose some of the clutter in the bathroom and as has been suggested relieve the white with a bright towel on the side of the bath.
The main thing is that it is a quiet time of year to sell, plus its chilly weather, most people aren't in house hunting mode.
I think what lets the details down is the photo's of the bedrooms. They all look on the small side and the two smallest rooms look tiny. Some of the inside photos are fuzzy - not the same definition as the outside photo's. I'd get them re-done.
Also I think that the main photo of the front of the house has too much of next door in it, although it is nice having a picture in the sunshine.
GL with your sale, and hang on, things will pick up.It is a good idea to be alone in a garden at dawn or dark so that all its shy presences may haunt you and possess you in a reverie of suspended thought.

Its brilliant people are taking the time to reply. In reference to the curtains being close, the fire is electric, (heater) so no flames. Its an interesting point though and I may change the place of it.
The lights we're on on advice of the EA, agree though it would hint at a dark property.
Price wise I'm 50/50 on it, I've searched a 3 mile radius and it seems competitive, the estate its on in my opinion is lovely.....I'm obviously bias.
I think the positioning of the fire between a window and a door looks odd, why isn't it in the centre of the long wall?If you go down to the woods today you better not go alone.0 -

Its a tricky one, the way the room is we'd have to comp!etely rearrange of room to move the fire place to the large wall.
We've had it in different positions periodically and it always works its way back to the curtain wall.0 -
Wow a 4 bed house for 180k
I'm trying to find 2 bed flats in south west London for that price. Sometimes it really hurts to be down here.
Good luck with the house sale0 -

The net impact is that fewer folks would consider taking a risk and moving to Lincoln as, let's be honest, it's a awful long way from anywhere else.
Price wise, I think you're on the high-side given that previous 4-beds in Bobbin Lane made £190,000, £197,500 and £194,000 but were all detached houses in what is quite a high-density new estate
More comparable, 16 Blackfriars Road, a 4-bed semi sold for £159,000 in Sep 2014
Regarding the Rightmove listing -
Don't like EA using a fancy '3D' floorplan with hard to read dimensions
EA should have used a wide-angle lens on all pics
Having all the lights on in each picture makes me think it's a dark property
Master bedroom looks small
Not clear whether the patio/back garden face south
Family bathroom needs a declutter and some colour matched towels
No information about rural Broadband services
Use of wide angle lease breaks the convenant of good practice expected of good estate agents to market the property in an honest fashion.Proudly voted remain. A global union of countries is the only way to commit global capital to the rule of law.0 -
