O great, I hjave had the same experience. They charged my creditcard within 24 hrs, but even after more than a month have not delivered any lenses.
Customer service is crap, they cannot be reached by phone and any legal action has to take place in Mumbai.
They are cheap, fair enough. It just doesn't help if they take your money and never deliever!

I just ordered last week and still no sign of my contacts! I've ordered before and they have delivered but this time, no lenses! Like many others of you, I have raised a trouble ticket on their website but with no reply!

I think they are so cheap, they cannot afford to regulate their operations.

VERY DISSAPOINTED

Any way of approaching trading standards to raise this further?

I have very little patience for companys that promise to deliver within a certain time frame but dont!

... although just as a side note, my order has apparently shipped today after that little rant at them

Sealy, I wouldn't be too sure that they actually shipped your order. The reason I have become very skeptical of that company is this:
After a very negative customer review at pricegrabber they have responded on that website that they have given me a refund which as "successfully executed" on 8th March. Today is the 19th and there is no sign of my money whatsoever. And they only said that on the website, they never emailed me. Strange, isn't it?
But, here's the good news: I guess they really don't like people writing negative reviews on pricegrabber as lensplanet.com is linked with them. So, here's my advice: Everybody write a review here http://reviews.pricegrabber.co.uk/lensplanetcom/r/3994/ You need your order number and everything, so they will be informed of what you wrote and why. (My review is currently not online as I have just written a reply to their "refund" and pricegrabber needs to check my posting first)

Add my name to the people listing complaints. I ordered my contacts on May 9th and they are still yet to dispatch them. I'm worrying now that we all may be left out of pocket by these cowboys. I have attempted to email them with little success as they are unwilling to provide any concrete information. I just want my money back now so I can shop somewhere else for my lenses. The question now is how best to proceed with this process. Do you really think it’s best to complain via the pricegrabber website? Would it not be better to get the trading standards involved? I feel like I've been swindled by internet crooks at the moment.

Hi all

Unfortunately I am also another victim of this scam. Firstly, I ordered my lenses on 28 April, it was shipped on 12 May. Fine, I can live with a delay. It is 23 May today and there are still no signs of a package. On their website it says their products are delivered via Royal Mail, and anyway, even if it's from overseas, surely it would've arrived by now?

Anyway, anyone who has successully claimed a refund please let me know what you did. I actually had a similar experience with Amazon before last year for another product but at least they gave me my money back!!! I have the feeling I have just thrown £30 into the hands of thieves!!!!!

I shall be writing a bad review for them on PriceGrabber!! :mad:

Btw I hope Lensplanet will be removed from this website soon as more and more people are falling into the trap..

Ps: I also forgot to add that I ordered from them last year, their product did arrive eventually but it was a lot quicker..
