A pound is a pound MeandO, and that is one that you won't need to weigh again.

Izadora I am indeed going to Sarawak to visit the orangutans, second time for me and I am sure it will be as amazing as last time.

I am officially bored with all my home cooked food recently, I need to search out new recipes. I have a corporate dinner tomorrow evening, not brilliant.
  • I made it!!! There's now officially 10% less of me than in January.

I would love to go and visit orang-utans, how wonderful tootallulah! Love the clip that's been shared on FB of the orang-utan playing with the tiger cubs, so sweet.

Brilliant work CWR, congrats on your 10% that is a real achievement. HOORAY.

I have had two days where I have been completely off plan I don't know why but I have just eaten everything. Anyway today I am back on it with demons behind me. My very dear god-daughter gets married next week and I want to be into the next stone down by then and after the last two days that might be a challenge - ho hum.

Also I am up and down to London for conferences etc in the next week and I need to sort out some better strategies for those days.

A major storm is ranging outside, very odd May weather.

OK today is a soup and fruit day, mushroom soup for lunch, chicken with veg for tea. Cherries with yogurt for a bit of a treat. Hopefully a couple of restrained days will balance out the toffees, sandwiches, puddings, fudge etc of the last two days.

Put up my hanging baskets this morning they look lovely, pea pods can now be seen in the veg patch I am plagued by cats So annoying cat !!!! all over the place I have placed strategic buckets of water about ready to give the next cat I see a good splash, sorry but I need to get them out of my garden ASAP I can't eat produce from toxicara covered soil.

Evening... *creeps back in after a few weeks gap*

Well done on all the losses and sounds like some great holidays have been had too. How can it be mid-May already?!? Been a busy few weeks, new kitchen plus flooring & painting in there & dining room finally all complete, old job ended & new job not only started but 4 weeks in. I've carried on going to my Tuesday night lose/shape up class at the gym, and have managed to lose 12.25 lbs total - this week will be the last session and although I'd love to hit the 1 stone mark, it won't be the end of the world if not. I've booked to continue some private PT sessions on a weekly basis with the instructor who has been running the group and although I still find the exercise hard, am starting to feel a little difference. I had about 4 weeks where I didn't really feel great, had a tummy bug & then just didn't feel 100% for a while after, and oddly I still seem to get a sort of cramp in one of my lower back muscles when I make a certain movement (tying laces, getting on a bike) but hopefully it will pass soon. Despite that I kept plodding along and will try to keep doing so.

Good to see more people on here, will try not to lose track of the weeks again this time!

Hello Squiggly, my goodness brilliant weight loss, you have been missed, it sounds like a busy and pretty stressful time I hope that it is calmer now.

Good day but I am in on a Saturday night which is sad in the extreme. I have made chicken and vegetable soup today which is luckily delicious, my soup is a bit hit and miss and can sometimes be a bit tasteless.

    Hi everyone!

Haven't been on in a couple of weeks, time seems to have ran away from me.

Amazing to see that you are all doing sooo well with weight loss. I have five weeks to lose a stone for this wedding (not sure it is going to happen but I am trying).

I have gone off track the past two weeks. I put two lb's on the first week and then lost it again this week, but feel disappointed because I could be closer to my target then I am now!!

I've started being good again today though, and determined not to have a drink or anything like that until I go on holiday on 22/06. Although right now, it seems that my willpower isn't very good!! Past week or so, I have been on a few benders, which haven't been good, seemed a good idea at the time though! I am focused on getting into this dress for the wedding.

Hopefully this week I can stay away from the alcohol/sweets!! I find it more difficult to change my mindset and habit then anything else, I am used to coming in from work at the weekend and having a drink, might not even want one but it's more habit, trying to break the habits of drinks at the weekend, sweets when I watch tv, snacks before bed etc. It's difficult!

Anyway congrats everyone with how amazing you are all doing :T:j
