    Day 124, 37 points.

I have lost 5lbs this week so as often happens my poor weight loss last week has "caught up" this week. Good, onwards and upwards. One more lb takes me into the next stone down. It is nine weeks until I go on holiday I am aiming to be at -50lbs by the.

Well done on the losses everyone - tootallulah, that's a great weekly loss!!

I miraculously managed to stay the same this week but I reckon I'll probably have a 'catch up' week next week, unfortunately that means I'll put on even if I'm good...

Oh well, I had a fabulous time down in Cornwall and enjoyed being free from points for a few days so I'm quite happy to take the hit and am back on it today to limit the damage.

Hello all, sorry I haven't been around for a little while, have been having a bit of a miserable time of it.

Happy to report though, that the weight loss is going the right way and I've lost 5lbs in the last 10 days or so. Weigh in day is Wednesday, so will report back properly then.

Sorry you've been having a miserable time of it but well done for the weight loss - managing to lose weight when I'm fed up about something else is pretty much impossible for me so that's a massive achievement.

Fab losses tootallulah and MeandO, and well done on maintaining on your holiday Izadora, I'd be happy with that.

If I lose a lb this week I'll have got my 10%. Had a bit of a blow-out Saturday, although all pointed as my OH decided to treat me to drinks and a meal as it was his last day of holiday.

Well done Tootallulah! And MeandO, sorry you've been having a rotton time. Glad Cornwall was good Izadora, and best wishes for a great holiday Sharon.

I gained 2lb this week, not at all unexpected, I know exactly where it came from. I'll sort it this week!

Morning all, weigh in day today is showing only 1lb off since last Wednesday, despite it showing 3lb off on Monday! :( Oh well, I'm going to try and make this week really count. The budget is tight this week, but I need to get a bit more creative with my meals, I've been sticking to the same thing practically all week and I don't think that's helping.

    Happy Wednesday all

    how was Cornwall?

It was a bit wet and windy at times, gorgeously sunny at others and it was lovely catching up with everyone down there. I didn't do quite as much walking as I'd planned but managed to get out and about a fair amount and also had plenty of time to relax.

I've only just noticed that one of your holidays is to Borneo - I'm now very jealous but also excited for you and really looking forward to hearing all about it when you're back - especially if you go to see orangutans while you're there!!
