Hi All, Day 110. 73 points. I had a hugely enjoyable, very boozy dinner with my lovely neighbours last night, The downfalls? Champagne, red wine, bread, cheese, hand made chocolates. If I am going to have an epic fail then I do it with all the food groups. Amazingly I still have 4 "extra" points left due to being careful in the rest of the week, although family Sunday lunch beckons tomorrow so we shall see.

Off to get my next set of annuals into the garden, plus plant the rest of my seeds and then FINALLY unpack six boxes of books left from leaving my flat in October.

Very slight hangover, hanging over me...........

Belsy, I think that we need to really enjoy weight loss from anywhere! To be honest less boobs really appeals to me, along with less bum, less thighs, less ankles, less stomach etc, etc.

Hey all, decided to join this thread to keep me motivated. I don't have quite 100lb to lose but in the long term I have 2.5 stone to lose.

I wish I would lose some weight from my boobs before my bum! I'm afraid my bum will disappear and I will look like a lollipop on a stick! My problem is my hips are are smaller than my waist... there were 3 inches difference before I started my weight loss journey, but now there's 1 inch difference. I will be a lot happier once my waist is 3-4 inches smaller than my hips and under the 35 inches that is required!

I'm using exercise as part of my weight loss regime - building muscle and losing fat. But I just can't seem to break through the 70kg barrier :( I keep fluctuating between 70-72kg. I really need to find the cause of what I'm doing wrong! I have a feeling it's to do with food and will power though, as well as booze!

Hi Sharon87, welcome to the thread!!

I would love to be in your position, and be at that weight. It's a lot harder when your slimmer, and have weight to lose, then when your bigger.

I'm 5ft10, so my ideal weight is 70 kg, and that's what I'm heading for, although it's going to take a lot of hard work.

Booze is my worst enemy, but stick with this thread and we can support and motivate each other.

Hello and welcome Sharon, good luck in reaching your total.

It has turned much colder today so I think I will do indoor work which is much needed. My aim is to move the dining rom from a storage container to somewhere I can work, eat and sew. Also a friend is moving and I have offered her my boxes which means they need to be emptied and ready for her to pick up in the week.

    Weigh in day...

    3.5lb off! Yay!

    that's 27.5/100 now.
I've lost 14lb in 3 weeks, wish every 3 weeks would be the same as that!
Need to keep myself busy, it's when I'm bored that my mind starts to think that I might be hungry and end up eating things that I don't even want
Found metcalfes salty popcorn, for when I have a savoury craving, used to go for a bag of crisps, but metcalfes popcorn is 2points a bag, as opposed to about 7 points for a normal bag of crisps. Obviously working! :j

    Day 112, 64 points.

Oh dear disastrous week, weigh in tomorrow I do hope that I haven't gained for a second week running. I am not good when out with friends. I am not going out at all in the next week so hopefully I can get back on it properly, which is needed as next week is the end of the first quarter, I should be at 33lbs..................

Belsy, that is brilliant well done what a great loss over three weeks can you share why they have been such good weeks? I have been terrible for a while and I need to get going again.

Well done BelsyBoop, that's an amazing loss for 3 weeks!!

Tootallulah, well done for staying the same. I know how hard it is when you're out and about with other people not to go massively over points just by joining in with them.

I couldn't weigh myself this morning cos my scales are at my boyfriend's and I was home for the weekend so I'll have to wait until tomorrow morning to see how I've done. Even if I haven't lost lbs I know I'm heading in the right direction because I'm wearing a dress today which I still couldn't quite get back into two weeks ago.
