Day 107, 35 points. Rather sadly nothing of interest has happened tday. I am having an early night, board meeting tomorrow, roll on the week-end!0

Mmm, handmade chocolates!! Would much rather have a little bit of something luxurious than a big pile of cheap chocolate.
Another 2lb off for me tonight, I seem to have got into a bit of a pattern, however, not going to complain about it!Over futile odds
And laughed at by the gods
And now the final frame

CWR that is brilliant, another 2lbs gone for good.
Day 108, 34 points. I am back on 3 meals two snacks of fruit, it is simple and it stops me feeling hungry, not sure why I stopped just doing that before.
I need to get out on the garden tomorrow afternoon, I have a lot to plant out before it cools down next week.0 -
Well 52.5 gone now, this is the most i've ever lost in 17 years of diets and I only once hit 50.5Ibs and have spent the last 7+ years trying to get there again so i'm really happy today! 95Ibs left to lose in total and hoping to get another 3st 5 by NYE this year out of the way x0

Fantastic!! I take my hat off to you (just imagine I'm wearing one) UKTigerlily!! Another 3.5 st by the end of the year sounds realistic. I'd be happy with that too!Over futile odds
And laughed at by the gods
And now the final frame

Day 109, 37 points.
UK Tiger Lily that is absolutely fantastic you are very inspiring. I have no doubt you will reach your year end target.
Brilliant work.0 -
CWR well done on another 2lbs, another 2lbs gone forever.
Tigerlily, you sound like your smashing it, on what you've done already, you can defo shift another 3st5 this year, I'd be chuffed with myself if I had your results, massive well done from me
I have to go to a wedding and on holiday in 9 weeks...
I don't know what a realistic goal is in that time, thinking maybe 2lb a week, which would be 18lbs, and another stone (eeek!). I want to lose enough weight, so that people who haven't seen me for a while might just notice at the wedding, that my spare tyre isn't as bulky!!
Strange but my watch is suddenly really loose fitting, I can't have lost weight off my wrist surely, that would be a strange place to lose it from?!!!
Well done everyone for keeping on track :T0 -
Well done CWR and UKTigerlily, that's an amazing achievement!!
BelsyBoop, it may seem a strange place to lose weight from but it does go from all over and I've often found that dieting will make my watch and rings looser after a while. Although it'd be nice if it could all go from the areas you want it to (rather than the way it does for me - my boobs always shrink before my bum does!!) it does still show that the diet's working.0 -
All the best for your goal. Work hard you will get success in your goal.0

Izadora it's a strange place to lose it from, but I want to lose it all over so I guess it's fine.
I'm losing my boobs before my bum, very annoying! Was happy with my boobs, and wanted a smaller bum, but I guess I'm going to have no boobs before I have a small bum... devastating!!
Saying that, my mum is a size 10/12, with a big bum, so think that may be a family curse... boo! :rotfl:0
