Well, we didn't have our planned Sunday dinner today so saving that for tomorrow and will do chilli another night. We were at a party today and when we got back we were all full, so just had some toast. We did have to go to the shops to get some bread though as I deliberately didn't make any as I knew we were out for lunch today and to,orrow! So £1 to add to total!Grocery challenge-

Shopping today was Morry = £8.32 and A*di = £13.63
So total of £21.95
Had a lovely chicken (Morry - £3.95) roast chicken dinner with all the trimmings and plenty left to make a curry and some soup :j Must admit their chickens are really good and tasty.
Have done my meal plan for May and fingers xd that's all the shopping for this week, except a visit to the butcher on Thursday - such an exciting life I lead :rotfl:

making soup today for lunch for the week, bought bags of veg yesterday that were out of date today so they were reduced, nothing wrong with them though. Also going to make cakes for the week to satisfy hubby's sweet tooth.

Walked into town to go swimming and stopped off for eggs, double cream and raspberries for a cake, so a further £6.55 down - I did get a dozen eggs though so won't need any for next week! They're also on offer on the Shopitze app at the moment, so technically I'll get 35p back from them
Up to £23.75 already for the month though - going to have to slow down over the next couple of weeks or I'll end up way over target!
