Went to Lidls, Aldi and Morrisons yesterday and stuck quite well to my list. Signature will be updated later.
Next day out is Friday when I hopefully feel better and can plan next week's meals beforehand.

  • Spent £19.89 yesterday in T*sco, needed a few bits that were on the list...should be ok with sticking to meal plans.

Hope you are all well and get well wishes being sent out to all who are feeling poorly...we only have 10 days left in the month, we can do this!:)

I think planning is half the battle in keeping within a limited budget - so well done and hope it pans out for you.

Very good luck with the MOT - I dread that day coming round every year. If I won the lottery I would buy a one-year old car and replace it every year :D

    Managed an NSD today

Hope you all have a terrific Tuesday

    Thanks lynnejk.

I'm very pleased to report the car passed no problem.. just needs two front tyres doing soon, which I knew about. We recently had the back ones done but couldn't afford all four at the same time.

Shopping day today so I need to write a list and try to cover everything that will be needed for the next two weeks.
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot,
Nothing is going to get better. It's not.
  • Hi everyone. I've got 40.00 left to last til next Wednesday (25th). Got plenty of dinner stuff in. Will just need the usual bread, milk, fruit etc. The only spanner in the works is that I'm re joining slimming world tonight. Last time I did it I lost over 4 stone. I've put some back on now so I'm determined to loose most of it before my sister 40th later In the year. Where going to Vegas to celebrate so I've got something to aim for.

The only problem I find when doing slimming world is that I spend so much on yogurts and Cereal bars. So this time I'm going to try to replace them with something else. In fact I don't really touch yogurt as it reminds me of being on a diet too much. Might replace the Cereal with Porridge for breakfast. Dinners are quite easy as I cook most things from scratch and I've managed to convert most of my favourite recipes to the slimming world way. So I've worked out I've got £5.00 a day to last. let's see how I get on. Good luck to everyone x
