I don't spend so much at Mr T these days, not since I discovered Al*i, but managed to use up a £3 off £20 spend voucher yesterday without buying anything I wouldn't normally buy. Most things will be used this month and there's just a few items for the store cupboard. I did buy black shoe polish for the first time in years, possibly decades. The stuff either lasts forever or we don't clean our shoes often enough.
  • Spends today of £30.15 in B&M and Mr T, which included a couple of boxes of cat food that our fussy madam likes (cheapest in B&M, 2 for £5 but £3.50 each in Mr T!), stocking up on toothpaste, £12.18 worth of meat (I had a £10 voucher for that though, so have said it cost £2.18!) and a bottle of nice wine I like that was on offer (yes, not essential I know!!)

Have just remembered mum owes me £3.50 from a shop I did at the weekend when I got her some cat food their cat likes, so I'm going to take that off what I've spent so far! Will update sig now, think we've got about £50 left for the month but a very full freezer so should just need fresh milk, fruit & veg.

  • Just a note for anyone interested, if anyone is saving clubcard vouchers from Mr T's, on 9th Feb, they are having a sale, so vouchers will be worth more than usual.
Loving life to the full, just need purse full too :)

£7.70 in Lidl just about to add. Shouldn't have gone really but I sold the kids big play kitchen they don't play with for more than I paid originally so it's not really cost me anything :)
Got a few treats like some sushi for my lunch tomorrow and some Choc snacks and lunch bits for DH as he's signed off work with pleurisy so he will be eating at home. Ugh! So much illness!

I had a shop at cost*o last night - about £53. That was stocking up on bits I forgot last week! I still forgot a couple of bits though. Spent £1 on milk this evening and will head to sainsbugs tomorrow where I need to spend £60 to get a voucher for fuel!
