  • Mortgage paid and the figure today is £113,033.29, but as I work on the highest figure actually paid off, it's £114,042.23, but I'm colouring in that 114th block as interest will only get the figure back to £113,500ish this month. LTV is 67.88% confirmed.

Now strangely enough, the mortgage payment and overpayment have been applied, but the money hasn't left my bank account? The other account it came from is closed, so I'm a bit confuzzled - will see what happens today / tomorrow.

Few pounds tidied up in the account due to some charges refunded on a mobile bill, means the month in hand fund is up to £320/£500 and CC2 balance down to £682.06

£1.18 tracked on TCB, so £1.23 winging it's way to me as an Am@zon voucher. Still waiting for the the S&ntander cashback to become payable as that's going straight off CC2 and maybe bumping up another £50 OP to the mortgage.

Off crabbing this morning, we need a quieter day after yesterday, so think it'll be an afternoon at home later as the sun is due to shine.

    #2 MFW - Overpay £1000 on the mortgage £607/£1000

    #3 SAV - Save £500 to the 'month in hand' fund £320 / £500

Mortgage money left the account, must have been something to do with the switch over. My wages are in and I had an extra 64p to play with! :T

Waiting for the boys to wake up so I can have some birthday pressies and then we are off out for the last spendy day this holiday.

Back to serious money hoarding tomorrow and back on my diet (less said about that this week, the better!!)

    Happy day all!
