Great news on the cash back tracking. I missed a trick there!!

Focus focus focus!!!
Good luck with your dispute.

Clearly my hormones are raging as I got a bit teary reading about the fairy kisses! You sound like such good parents and I'm glad you've managed to get out to so many NT places this year. I'm trying to think of how many EH places we've visited - probably only 2 up in Northumberland. They were pretty good but not quite as much signage as the big NT sites.
It took me a few episodes to get into Game of Thrones and then I was totally hooked. It's amazing. Just don't let the kids accidentally see any of it.Mortgage (Start Sep 2014)- £70,295/£0 - 100%

Aww Amy... I do loads of things that our friends think I'm sad for, but I think stuff it, they are only young once and childhood should be a bit magical! We often find 'treasure' on days out, last year we found some reindeer bells in a local forest where we had amazingly happened to have two deer run in front of the car at Christmas time and the kids thought they were Santa's reindeer out training for the big night! So off we went looking for tracks and they found some reindeer bells hanging in the trees! My pinterest is full of this stuff!
Look up Elf on The Shelf, we do that every December...
Very quiet day with everyone chilling except DH who is working really hard in the garden. Weather is truly miserable. really hope it's better tomorrow so we can venture out again!
Payday is tomorrow, so can start to move the pennies about.
You S7antander folks out there, when does the interest get paid - is it month after account opening or on a set day - does anyone know?
Few surveys done and that's about it really!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

We had EH for a couple of years I thought it was great at the time but I much prefer NT now we have that. Depends where you live I guess?Mortgage Jan 13 99260.00 87253 April 2017

I finally found a working link to join P-cone - it tells you what gender and age they are looking for, chuffed I found one, as I've been looking for quite a few days now.
Hope it helps someone!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Interestingly I looked last night to see what we would have locally and I reckon it would be worth it for one year though there would be a number of 100 mile journeys to go to some castles, but we are also doing membership at the Eden Project again this year, we let it lapse last year, but they do a locals deal, so with that and EH, it will be enough places for us to go to.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Palpay dispute won and £15.00 winging it way back to my account as we speak!
Weather app is predicting better weather until Friday as of lunchtime today, so plan is to go crabbing this afternoon as the littlies want to and then do full days out Wed, Thurs and Fri
Need to go log on to the bank in a minute to look at what DH payday has bought home and start allocating the pennies. Sold an item on fleabay last night that has been on there for ages, so unexpected sale! Listed another item yesterday as well.
Lodged a missing cashback claim this morning, will only be a few pence, but they're mine!
DH did loads in the garden only to frustratingly run out of screws two metres from the end so we still need another hour or two out there to get the cladding done.
That's about all here folks!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

DH's pay in and allocated out. Obviously not all payments done as I need my wages to be able to see the full picture!
Month in hand fund now up to £319/£500.
CC1 is now frozen at £5030.80, card to be cut up today and minimum payments to be made until CC2 is gone. Annoyed this slipped over £5k, but at least it will under £5k in the next few days!
I will use S&ntander CC for fuel, food and other spends with this being cleared every month!
CC2 - £27 allocated, so amount owing is now down to £940 .84. Will be able to pay more to this at the end of the week!
Mortgage payment out tomorrow.
I was waffling about making sure I keep this account over £1000 to get the interest, so pay out the CC payments after interest is paid, but (and I feel silly for not thinking of this before), I'm just going to pay the minimum on the CC's and then build up the excess in my S&ntander account so that I get the interest and then just pay it over when I have the full amount owing! That way I still get the motivation of seeing the figure coming down, but the balances of the CC are interest free so I win!DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Great plans are a foot! Its a great feeling to have a plan and a direction, especially when everything is open/in place to execute said plan!
Damn screws i hate it when that happens. Last week i was mid putting a huge mirror up and one was screw short that was suitable length. 8.30pm on a school night and i was traipsing to B&Q for effectively 1 measly screw. Mirror looked good in the end though!! You've also reminded me that we've slipped on the ebay listings recently. We have a bank of 30 (ish) items for relist so will action that tonight!MFW: Was: £136,000.......Now: £47,736.58......0
