Still under the weather with a horrible cold, the worse I’ve had in years.Feeling very philosophical at the moment about all aspects of life. I’ve reached an age where I don’t care about doing things resulting in pleasing others, but I watch the friendship group I’m part of and some of the individuals are something else. I wonder sometimes if I’m the only person that can see some of the stuff that goes on and how badly people treat each other. So much life reflection.I don’t know if any of you are on Instagram but bowelbabe on there has been battling bowel cancer and her journey is coming to an end. You see her family, her kids and just her strength in what is a horrendous situation and it’s puts life into perspective. Shows you what truly matters. I’ve donated survey earnings this week to her fund, least I could do.I dunno. I’m rambling. Maybe it’s an age thing. Maybe it’s having a few niggly health issues lately that makes you realise you won’t saunter on through life forever. But it really is a wake up call to take a long hard look at my life and focus on my priorities.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

Sounds very powerful, debtfree. I've seen several articles about bowelbabe, and read them in particular as one of my best friends died in a hospice of bowel cancer almost exactly 6 years ago. I believe bowelbabe set up the fund at the beginning of this week to raise £250k, and last time I saw it, this morning, it was at £2.2 million. Very, very powerful. And yes, I'm definitely getting the wakeup call that I won't saunter on forever. Take care of you, live the life you can: a horrible cold takes priority, actually, staying hydrated, getting sleep, all of it. Sending positivity.2023: the year I get to buy a car5

Finally a day where I start to feel even marginally better from this cold though still not up to doing anything!
£5 in from monthly diary and Amazon balance updated. Two amounts in from prolific, both just over £5 so divvied up between the pots again. £2 in from ShopmiumShould hit payout on a few things this coming week most notably 1poll. Defiantly been slower on there this time around and feel like it’s taken me ages to reach payout. Should also get £5 on Vypr and ipsos in next day or two.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

£5.53 in from prolific and divvied up. Also moved some excess pennies from the house reno fund this month as it won’t get spent.Carpet fund back in credit and £27.83 towards next room. I reckon I’ll wait until we have about £300 before we order the carpet.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)

In that mid month slump when nothing happens and money just drips out of the bank account.I suppose the announcement today goes some way towards alleviating pressure this year but doesn’t solve the issue next year does it?
Not much money making going this month either. Only just scraped over £100 so far and only a few days left.Might go and divvy up the money for next month to do something productive.DFW (08/08) £64,346.53 Gone (02/19)
