Oooh we’ve had an update on here! Not much money news really, lots of prolific surveys and nearly at payout again on Ipsos. 1poll app having a wobble this afternoon so can’t seem to complete anything on there. Loads of planting done outside and in the greenhouse the last few days. Just need it to grow now! Been a beautiful two days though. Sun has shone. And we’ve had lunch outside both days.

You did well do escape One Poll - today's surveys were very annoying! "How would you check your tyre pressures if your car was saying they were low" Er, I wouldn't bother checking them, if it said they were low I would just pump them up 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️!
    Mortgage start: £65,495 (March 2016)

Well predictably it’s chucking it down today!

Checked prolific this morning and there were three surveys all paying £1.79 so did those which was a bit of a bonus.

So ready for the end of the month now for shifting monies around and tracking progress. Feels a loooong month money wise.

I know this isn't the topic on discussion, but had to bring it up...just because the car warns you the tyre pressures are low, doesn't mean you take it as gospel. Most modern cars use rolling circumference of the tyre to determine if pressures in 1 of them has changed, they no longer use an actual sensor in the wheel to monitor real pressure. So if you had a new tyre fitted recently (after a puncture for example) which is set to the correct pressure it's rolling circumference will increase as the new tyre will have more tread on it making it larger, meaning it takes longer to do 1 full rotation, as such the car will throw up a warning about tyre pressures. In that instance all you really need to do is confirm tyre pressures are good with a pressure gauge and then re-calibrated the tyre pressure system.

So you should always check with a pressure gauge and never just assume the car knows best. It's there just to warn you something might not be right and that you should check. It's not there to tell you with absolute certainty that you have low pressure on the front left tyre for example, unless the car in question is one that can show individual tyre pressures for each wheel, but that is generally limited to top end Porches and the likes, not your every day Audi, BMW or Ford Focus.

Great survey progress, I only do y0ugov so it's very much slow progress over here! Hope you can get a clearer idea about a potential house move, the market is booming here and prices seem high but properties are selling fast. I've seen one I love which is above our budget but maybe not if we had this valued again. It's tempting but not sure I want to get that thought process moving here as don't really need to move!

Rain seems to have cleared here although I did wake up to it so hoping for a productive gardening day - hope it clears for you too.

£6.64 cashed out on prolific and sat twiddling with figures for end of month / next month.
Still raining on and off but then it goes super sunny!

Thanks Cath. I actually quit a YG survey yesterday which I never do but it was driving me up the wall with the amount of questions!

Productive weekend clearing some bits out of the house and finishing bathroom bits to make it presentable for selling.  Found some lovely options for buying at the weekend, be interesting to see if they go fast.

Confirmation that my book trade has gone through. Just need the pennies in my account before I can add it to the free money total.

Can’t believe it’s Easter this week already. Time is flying this year.
