I didn't think you bet, absolutely not  :D  full of admiration for your seed planting though!  I have two that my seed packets tell me can start to be planted in February - black magic kale, and echinacea.  Still got 2.5 days to go!

Such a lovely day yesterday. We spent most of it outdoors. Finally put the hooks up to hold the french doors open as they have a tendency to swing!  Pegged out (in MummytoGirls style) for the first time this year. It still needed 30 mins in the tumble to finish off but better than a few hours.

I weeded 3/4 of the front flowerbed. It goes down the side of our drive and in all the years we’ve been here I’ve never known what to do with it. It has one tree that sends seeds everywhere so we always have little growths but tree attracts loads of bees so I don’t want to chop it. Anyway I did dig up two bushes from there so only three main plants remain. I’m tempted to just Chuck wildflower seeds on it for a year.  Anyway will get back out there today and weed the rest. Also got some planters out the back to weed.

Just so nice to see the sunshine and spend time out there. I actually turned the heaters off yesterday as we had every door and window open but they soon went back on last night along with the wood burner as it was a tad chilly.

  • Hi debt free weeding and wildflowers idea sounds great. Last year our council ditched all their usual bedding planting schemes and just did wildflowers and it looked awesome! Have a great day CM

Another vote for the wildflowers - along with your tree, that will make it fantastic!
