Been a busy few days earning pennies here and there.  I'm having a nightmare with some deliveries I'm due from myherme$, going astray all over the place, I don't trust MH at the best at times, but you can't get anywhere with their customer service and I'm having to chase the retailers.  Still waiting on my garden plant delivery (nearly 3 weeks) even though they said 2.  I sound like i'm grumbling which I don't mean to, just frustrating waiting when things are going missing and not arriving!  @m@zon also had to refund three items that didn't arrive!
Did request a payout from pr0filic so that has increased the OP pot a little, but what I did forget is it looks like we were overpaid tax credits slightly last year and I've said just to take it out of April so we will be £200 down or so, so I may not be able to OP all of the pot depending on how long we are on lockdown for.
Got money refunded for a day trip at the end of April, just waiting to see what the situation is for a trip in May, flights need to be changed, but I'm hoping they get cancelled and Airbnb won't refund either.  Trying to limit the losses!

So true, I ended up emailing the CEO to complain, which got me a response at least.  3 parcels arrived and the other two are with a courier that no longer works for them and although they state they delivered it, the GPS of their van was nowhere near my property at the time, so dispute opened with palpay today!

Quiet few days!  Find myself up and down really, I'm best kept busy, but there is only so much you can do at home isn't there?
Surveys seem to go gone quiet a bit.  I'd totally forget it was Easter this weekend so 4 days of us all being off will be interesting,  I think we need to find some projects or things to work on.  Fingers crossed it's dry!
Money earned up a little though.  Having a quiet afternoon watching TV and will treat myself to a shower later!!

Finding this weekend a bit tricky, lack of any routine and being in, I'm feeling really blah.  Did some gardening and planted all the plants I'd ordered.  Spent the next day feeling so knackered and I'm not sure why.  Having a do nothing day today and plan to do stuff on the house tomorrow, little things like filling holes, moving a chest of drawers and clearing out the attic.

A few surveys done, some shopping cashback earned and a pr0filic payout has boosted the money earned pot.  I've been setting an alarm just before midnight to get shopping slots, but failed last night for the first time, they had gone within 3 mins so we've been lucky so far I guess, I'll try again tonight and see if I have any luck.  Mortgage pot up slightly as well due to the pr0filic pay out.

DS has decided to stop cubs which I think is a good thing for him, so i cancelled the DD today and then spent 20 minutes cancelling every old inactive DD so that's a good job done.  We had said we will do some form of badge earning thing with him instead and look into enrolling him in an older style outdoor group once the world starts turning again.

Hope everyone is having a nice Easter weekend, it's dry and fairly warm at least!

Hi debtfree, fingers crossed for your potential buyers, not an easy time for it though is it. I definitely agree with you re: the spending. We're literally buying some food and a little fuel so in theory should have plenty left over when payday comes around next week. It's CB day tomorrow and I've usually done some money shuffling by now.

Home schooling not going particularly well here, Dh and I both still working but I'm trying to keep it relaxed for the children. It's finding that balance isn't it as who knows how long this will go on for.

We also need a productive day here today, it's sunny but cooler so hopefully I will still feel motivated!

The difference in spending means we have a decision what to do with the extra cash. Everything is screaming at me to OP it (once the world returns to normal), but my head is saying to build our EF a bit more. I suspect it'll be a combination of the 2 in the end.

It's so hard for you guys having to home school.  For sure this is nothing like home ed looks like for us and whilst the more structured bit is fine for us as very little has changed, all our outdoor groups have stopped and they are finding it hard not seeing their friends. So much though has gone online we are having to say no to things as we were getting diary clashes and this time is not going to be spent rushed and hurried!

I agree, definitely time to takes things slowly and make conscious decisions about what we do. Hopefully a few of us will have a decent OP pot at the end. Grateful to put anything aside at the moment in these difficult times.
