feelie dont go there kid its too hard to climb out of. Remember that even tho you are in emotional turmoil right now and not coping very well it is certainly better than when you are constantly high, stoned drunk or all 3. please try and hang in there kiddo one day at a time. take care Taffy

Feelie I am still rooting for you. I was wondering if you have been to see your doctor. I remember there was a time when I had to go and see mine and he said I was suffering from depression. He put me on a course of medication and after a while I began to get better. I am not suggesting that you are depressed but just that perhaps there is something else wrong at the moment that a doctor could help with.

In the past three weeks I've been to A&E Twice (self-harm and overdose), I've seen two crisis teams and an emergency Pysch. Unforunately none of them could help, but I get to see my normal Pysch today, so I can finally get some medication. I don't know what is wrong with me, but it feels like I've completely lost my mind.

    Hi :)

I'm feeling okay. Been on anti-pyschotics for 9 days, and finally starting to feel a bit more 'normal'. Fingers crossed it'll last.

Was incredibly difficult to stay sober during my weird breakdown thing. Putting in the right action got me through, but only just. Need to put lots more work in now I'm feel stable, build up a good reserve of sobriety for the next breakdown!

Feelie, I'm so pleased that you seem to be getting through this. It can be easy sometimes to stay sober but sometimes it can be VERY difficult. You have shown over the last weeks that you can stay sober through the difficult times.:T
Now you may have to guard against the self satisfaction of achievement and the self-congratulatory little drink that you may think you deserve.
I only say this because that is how I felt sometimes after coming through a hard time.
Lewt, Happy belated birthday. Yes It can be good to be normal and to appreciate doing things that everybody else takes for granted. I am well up here on my island (it's not really mine, but don't tell). The weather since I came home has been remarkably good and I have been going for lots of walks and enjoying the scenery.
